These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ThreeDots website (the "Site") and any related products, applications, and services we provide (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
The Site and Services are operated by Szabó Zsolt, an individual entrepreneur trading under the brand ThreeDots.
In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to ThreeDots (Szabó Zsolt). "You" refers to the person or organization using the Site or Services.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the ThreeDots and Metrion names, product designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to ThreeDots and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Site presents information about our products, including the Metrion application and the planned Metrion Studio desktop application. Product descriptions, features, availability, and pricing are provided for general information and may change over time. Products that are described as "coming soon" or "in development" are not yet available, and we make no guarantee as to their release date or final feature set.
Use of our applications may be subject to separate end-user license terms and to the terms of the platform through which they are distributed (for example, the Apple App Store).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
